Utterly ridiculous customer service

Ridiculous service. Ordered socks and when received it was the wrong size. I then get told due to hygiene purposes it cannot be exchanged. It has not been worn, and upon this I get told to pay an additional R150, for the exchange process. The socks aren't even worth R150.
