Special order requests with Gems .

I did an online purchase with Gems and had the uniforms delivered to my house. 2 items were not the right size so I went to the store to change them. The order was for a grade 4 learner and the school goes up to grade 7. I mention this because they did not have sizes and indicated that I needed to place a SPECIAL ORDER for the 2 items. I ended up paying R290 more because of this. I waited more than 4 weeks , no one called me. I went in today and only one item was ready. Defeated the whole purpose of me placing an online order because I have to now go in again when the second item is ready.

Into sizes and SPECIAL ORDER requests, I think that this was daylight ******* because they are the only ones that stocks the schools uniform.
