ZERO SERVICE RATE

GEMS resigned my son from membership even though I emailed them proof of registration in advance to them. GEMS reply is tardiness because they take forever to reply on emails. Now I am sitting with invoices that could have been paid but unfortunately GEMS take forever to reply and sending me a new member card
