ZERO COMPASSION FOR ELDERLY MEMBER REQUESTING A CALL BACK

One of our elderly patients sent a WhatsApp requesting assistance as his membership was suspended. He had made payment but did not have airtime to call. I spoke to Sharon call reference MH*** - Please, I urge you to listen to the call - ZERO EMPATHY, ZERO COMPASSION - Gems - where is your heart in serving people!!!! Her answer was it is not an outbound call center. CORRECT, but surely an exception can be made. Surely, ONE person can choose to go the extra mile. Surely one person can put themselves in a pensioner's shoes!!!!!!!
