WRONG DEDUCTING INTO MY PAYSLIP AND ACCOUNT ( GEMS MEDICAL NUMBER: ***)

Good Morning, I have a problem with Gems they have deducted into to my payslip twice for this month they is an amount of R 1450 and R 3640 which was deducted into my payslip this month and last month on the 14 January I have add a member new-born baby Kabo which was her date of birth was she on the 29 December 2018 and she has passed away on the 30 December 2019 and by the way when the passed on it was within the 60 days period. And now medical said that they is an amount an R1890 which is outstanding on my account.. For the Member 05 Surprise and 06 Kabo and with regards to that amount I don’t understand where it’s come from do. On the 02/11/2018 Surprise went to consults the Gynaecologist and the medical aid they said that she was still on the waiting period and which is wrong, because the activating for Surprise started on the 01/11/2018 didn’t pay it we have paid R1300 for Surprise Consulting, all alone they was deducting on my account since last year AUGUST for Surprise. Now they said that they is an amount of R1300 FOR Surprise and R590 for Kabo which seems that added to 1890 outstanding amount
