Wrong allocation of members

On the 11th of February I called in to nomate a Dr for my daughter explaining that she is now in the university of free state. The lady mistakenly appointed the Dr for my son instead, the next morning I called in again to alert them about the wrong appointments of members. The 2nd lady also made a mistake, now I have been told to wait for 6 months for their own mistake. Please listen to your recordings and allocate Dr's correctly, you are now putting my kids life at risk for your mistakes. For ones please take responsibility and respect your members
