Worst Service Ever!!!

Diagnosed with Lupus this year March and i cannot be out of medication,joined GEMS in Septemeber 2022 and to date i dont have my medication.I had numerous calls and i keep on being told i should have received the pack from the courier.Am i supposed to die because i use GEMS.I cannot afford a day without medication as one thing triggers a whole lot of issues.Is it a strategy that if you not complementing them for some reason the comment will just bomb out and not go through.I have chronic kidney failure and when i try and get the medication i get to be told it has been dispatched!!!!Yes its subsidized but a portion is still deducted from my salary. Someone who cares can they respond
