Worst service ever

If anything, GEMS is nothing close to being a medical aid. It’s just a service you pay for to keep you thinking that you do have a medical aid. No department will ever respond to your email in less than a month yet being a member contributing monthly. Even worse, their maternity benefits are non existent - consultants themselves will take you from pillar to post, no department seems to know of what they’re doing.
