Worst Service ever

I have been trying to add my mother for the last month..I have received nothing bit terrible service.Today was just something else...I called this morning nd the 1st Agent I spoke to dropped the call after having shouted at me..Second Agent (Luyanda Bamuza) refused to transfer me to a manager. If it were up to me,I would cancel my membership with them
