WORST SERVICE EVER

<p>I am a service provider that has been waiting over two months for claims to be processed in order to be paid.</p> <p>i have re-submitted the claims numerous times as per the call centres instruction requesting more information. today i have been cut off on two phone calls, each lasting more than 20 minutes, and i still do not know when i will be paid or if GEMS is ever going to process the claims.</p> <p> </p> <p>this further encourages me to decline medical treatment to GEMS members as i end up waiting months for payment with absolutely no assistance from the so called client service centre.</p>
