Worst medical aid in the world

I have never seen such a mess of a medical aid , some medical aids pay for cinemas gems does t even pay for an antibiotic, you go to a doctor and receive a prescription that won't be paid by gems so what's the use of having a medical aid rl, we find ourselves in a que at a clinic because we are failed terribly by gems I have lots of prescriptions sitting in my bag which I can't pay for since I already pay more than 3000 for medical aid that won't help.
