Worst medical aid - Gems

Gems is the worst medical aid in the universe, my Dr submitted all claims timeously yet they still dont want to pay, theyvkeep giving excuses. Even after the dr sent them proof of when the claim was submitted they still didnt want to pay.

Their services are the worst ever, you can only communicate then via email and some of their consultants dont even know what documents to ask for, they keep asking for the same things over and over again.

You guys are seriously good for taking people's money but when u have to use that money to pay for claims, its excuses excuses
