WORST MEDICAL AID EVER

My name is Modiba MM, my ID no is ***. My member no is ***.I 00am crying when I write this review. Gems has taken all my salary and I am left with no money to even buy my kids food. I am a new member and Gems is so unprofessional. They didn't even call me to tell me the amount they were going to deduct but boom today they took all my money from my payslip. How am I going to pay my car installment? So my kids won't eat the whole month. I thought they were going to deduct maybe R5000 or even R8000 but no, they took R17300. This month will be hell to me. I don't even know how I will survive. They must cancel their medical aid and refund my money. I will try another medical aids that are professional enough to discuss everything with me before they deduct my money
