Worst medical Aid ever!!!!!!
What an awful medical aid and it is about time i share my experience. I am pregnant and i registered for the maternity benefits. I am on the high risk maternity plan. I get 9 obs gynae consults but these stupid people that work at Gems are using my day to day benefits. From the day i registered for maternity benefits i am experiencing endless problems. I decided to now report them to the Ombudsman for medical aid schemes.
