Worst medical aid ever

One of the government's programs that is not working and theirs service is pathetic they take theirs money every month but no assistance to members. Took 2 months to get membership active but still not end of problems u can email and call nothing gets resolved.we asked for statement to show benefits left as we have pro rata nothing received and no call back as promised we received pur cards after 2 months with list what u receive half not included as said and the worst is they send a booklet with prices etc and then u pay almost R2000 more on deductions you are paying more than what theirs fees show so u paying more than u have to and then they withhold statement when u request wonder what they are hiding...
