WORST MEDICAL AID EVER!!!!!!!!
Gems is by far the worse Medical Aid... My mother was scheduled for an operation, very critical one, after waiting almost a month for a response, today they informed her, they can only cover the operation after a year.This is so disappointing. This is by far the worst medical aid on TOP of that with bad customer service!!!!!!!
