Worst medical aid ever...
Every year Gems take more and more of my salary and every year they pay less and less. I barely went to the doctor this year and have a lot of accute medication left on my scheme... now they will not pay anything because i need to go to the dr an guess what there are no funds left to go to the doctor. I have to pay co-payments on even generic medications. Gems went from one of the best medical aids to the WORST medical aid. Why don’t anyone investigate the *******ion goung on in GEMS????
