Worst Medical Aid Ever

Worst Medical Aid Ever. I am really angry at GEMS. I sent the forms to add my mom as Dependent on the 27th of February 2018, till today i have not received any feedback from GEMS, every time i phone them, they tell me they are escalating my matter i must call after 48 Hours, i always do that and no feedback from them. Phoning GEMS is not that cheap, it cost alot, i phone almost every second day but no 1 is assisting me. They read my emails and not reply, when i call they dont take my calls serious. What is worse, they dont even know why i am adding my mom to the medical aid. They dont care how people, dont treat their clients well. If i had a choice, i was going to change to better medical aids, medical aid that care for their clients, we working for government but its like we working for some poor company. I REALLY HATE MY MEDICAL AID, HOPE SOMETIME TIME IN THE FUTURE THEY SHUT IT DOWN or Government to allow other medical aid to take us and still subsidize us.
