Worst medical aid
I asked a question about a week ago was told to wait 3 days for a answer, I emailed documents and asked again the same question was told to first wait 72 hours for feedback and 120 hours for a call..you can't even call in then you wasting your airtime by the time someone answers they ask you 10 questions to verify yourself and by the time they manage to help you then your airtime dies, so the consultant that's sitting with your information doesn't even bother to call you back and just assumes you hung up....social media is hopeless because they ignore you but can put up lives and posts but blatantly ignore a simple Flippen question regarding a claim.
All I I want to know is when my claim is being paid!

I'm now waiting almost 4 weeks for a answer when my refund claim is being paid, your social media servicw is terrible, they ask you 1 question almost like they giving you hope they going to reply but they have been ignoring my messages for a solid 3 weeks in a row.
I just want to know when my money will be in my account, is that so hard so answer to give feedback on.
I mean you cant dodge all posts and inbox and when they reply it's like they don't know what you talking about and don't tell me to try calling in because I just waste my airtime and breathe verifying myself for over 5 minutes and they don't even bother to call back.

10 Sept 2024, 13:58matter was resolved but no I am having issues with Marara pharmacy, I sent emails complaining they dont want to deliver my chronic meds because of a error they made in January when they gave me a 3 months supply and told me to pay them because " they gave me too much pills and GEMS did not cover all that".....so now I am currently sitting without my medication which i need to take daily.

matter was resolved but no I am having issues with Marara pharmacy, I sent emails complaining they dont want to deliver my chronic meds because of a error they made in January when they gave me a 3 months supply and told me to pay them because " they gave me too much pills and GEMS did not cover all that".....so now I am currently sitting without my medication which i need to take daily.
