Worst medical Aid

The worst medical aid to be in as a patient and to join as a healthcare provider because I have been both. They do not have any idea what they are doing. The staff do not have any organized system. You will be asked to send same documents 10x just because you want to join the network. They do not want to pay for anything and look for any reason in the book to avoid paying. They suck
