Worst Medical Aid!!!

Gems is the worst medical aid when it comes to paying providers and for life threatening medical care. They cant handle disputes, have a never ending resolution process that is exhausting. There is no customer care or resolution. They are quick to deduct contributions, never pay providers on time, use delay tactics and have *********** call centre staff. Can someone resolve my dispute logged 2 Dec 2020.
