WORST EVER MEDICAL AID IN SOUTH AFRICA BY THE STATE
AGAIN PHONE CALL MADE AT 11 O CLOCK ON HOLD FOR 35 MINUTES WEREBY 4 DAYS I SEND ALL DOCUMENTS FROM BANK STATEMENTS MY ID MY MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE LETTER FROM LAWAYERS WERE I RESIDE LETTER AND I RECIEVED EMAIL THEY WILL PHONE ME BACK IN 48 HOURS WHICH IN SOUTH AFRICA DONT EXIST THE PERSON I SPOKE TO ALL RECORDED ON MY PHONE CANT FIND IT AT ALL SEEM GEMS CAN FIND NOTHING ESPECIALLY IF THEY OWN YOU MONEY THEN ALL DOCUMENTS DESIPEAR?????? AS A MEMBER YOU MUST PAY BUT IF THEY OWN YOU MONEY THEY CANT FIND ANYTHING????? WHAT MEDICAL AID IS THIS????? MANY COMPLAINTS AND NO HELP AT ALL. SEEM BEST STATE CHANGE YOUR MEDICAL AID.
