WILL MY PARTNER BE ADDED BY 01 MARCH 2016???

I have been trying to add my partner to my Gems medical aid starting from 01 March 2016, I initially sent the required documents on the 24th of this month and I was informed that he will be added by the 1st of March. When I called in today I was told that my email was never received and so I resent, they also asked for a letter indicating that I need him added by 01 March 2016 which I did and sent together with his cancellation certificate from his current medical aid (ending 29 February 2016).<br> <br> No one seems to have an answer of whether he will be added by the 1st and this is frustrating me as he has already cancelled his medical. I just need to know if he will be added by the 01 March or not.<br> <br> Hoping that this will give me answers that I need.<br> <br> Regards
