Why contribute on a monthly basis

<p>Am a mother of triplets who gave birth in November 2015// and paying gems every month but gems is not paying hospital. I complained about gems from the beginning of my pregnancy and still complaining.The amount am paying monthly and the service am getting from gems it's two different things,am receiving statements from Krugersdorp hospital,gems NEVER PAID ANYTHING,am paying it every month and suppose to pay Krugersdorp hospital,am now handed over because of gems and have been communicating with them but with no response.</p>
