what if he dies waiting?!

My husband, Mr R Balram has been waiting for the last 6 weeks for Auth on a pacemaker. He is in heart failure and needs a transplant. When Auth is given its R134 000 short! His procedure was postponed again and now he is in Cardiac Critical Care and still, no Auth!!! It's completely unacceptable that human beings are treated this way, we pay and expect you to be there when we need you the most! Are you hoping that he doesn't make it so you will save on your cost of pacemaker plus installation!?! The leading cardio vascular surgeon in the country says he needs it, why are you dragging your feet?!
