What a bunch of *********** people

Let's try to make this short. I've been following up with Gems to ask why they did not pay the full amount for an emergency C-Section my wife had to undergo when our baby was due. I've been following up from the 5th of Dec already, I have a log of the date and times I phoned them.

Today when I phoned I was told yet again that they are still awaiting on feedback regarding my escalation. This is just ****** ridiculous! Every time I phone they tell me that I need to phone back after 2 weeks again as they are awaiting feedback. This has no become a lame and old excuse. A lady called Oradile assisted me today and she told me it normally takes about 2 weeks to get this resolved, So I was actually laughing here as I phoned 2 weeks back previously and they also told me to phone back. So it has been 2 weeks already, more than 2 weeks actually!

I asked Oradile to put me through to the customer feedback review number. At first she hesitated saying that the service no longer works and they done away with it. But I insisted she put me through to rate her service delivery. And wouldn't you know it the service was still working! So she blatantly **** to me over the phone. How is that for treating your client base??

This medical aid is such a waste. Wished we could have moved to another company so that they can't force government employees to make use of them.

So I have still not been assisted. Gems send a few emails to the Doctor involved with the C-section but the doctor's fess has been paid and he has nothing to do with the Narcotics's bill that had to be paid. Who can get back to me regarding this as the lady who initially assisted can't be reached on her email address that she send emails from? It's beyond words how Gems could not see on the documents that it was an emergency C-Section. Because now they say we need to obtain documents from the doctor proving that an emergency c-section had to be done. But the doctor can't sign off on something he is not a part of?
