my wife has been waiting for authorisation for over 8 days now, we have been sent from pillar to post ever since. 4 emails and several phone calls ,and even a visit to the walk in centre has not helped. <br> <br> Same old excuses and no feedback. <br> <br> I take it Gems just want my wife to die . <br>
