watch out for gems (government medical aid)

Dear HelloPeter<br> I am writing to you to lodge a complaint about Gems they have a bad habit of chipping and changing there service providers causing big chaos went it comes to paying the bills they don't pay them in full I was in Hospital in January this year on being discharged I discovered that they hadn't paid any of my accounts and they had stated that we didn't have any funds and this is the beginning of the year on doing some research I found out that there new service provider had messed up and had paid all my in hospital accounts out of my day to day funds I couldn't even take my husband for physio either Gems has dropped me in so much debt since I have been with them because they don't pay the doctors in full this year alone they have dropped me in over R64000.00 worth of debt I had no choice but to resign from them because has been happening to me for the past 5 years since I joined up with them I have had to place myself under sequestration because of them as I am the sole breadwinner in my household
