Walk in Centre - Arcadia - Wednesday, 18 January 2017
<p>Myself and my dad went to Arcadia Walk in Centre on Wednesday, 18 Jan 2017, to avoid time delayes with an application for the continuation of membership. The only thing which was outstanding at Agent number 3 when we left; was Addendum E - Affidavit for Proof of Residence.</p> <p> </p> <p>He were so possitive that this matter would be handled soonest.</p> <p> </p> <p>So now; only today they called my dad to notify him that the Death Certificate is not there; where as she took the marriage and death certificate and made copies. What happened to it Agent 3?</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm so disappointed now</p>

my concern is that we were there Wednesday and they only called my dad this morning.
That's so ****ty.
Please let me know if they have received it and if all is in order.
As explained; I was with my dad; and at that point, I think we were of the only three (3) white person's in that Walk in Centre.
The lady made copies of the marriage and death certificates; as we only had copies left of the ID documents.
Can receipt of this document be confirmed before 12:00, please?

I got another complaint, but I will post in five (5) days from now; as Hellopeter.com only allows x 1 complaint from the same person about the same company in 5 days :(
