Waiting 5 months for a membership card

I have been waiting for my membership card for 5 MONTHS!!!!! AFTER SENDING MULTIPLE EMAILS!!! Only response I get, "Your query was received..." with a reference number. I have 5 different reference numbers!!! No other correspondence from their side! I received a statement with my altered address that I had sent to them (relocation). Its changed. So something tells me you do receive the emails because my address was changed! But you dont receive emails requesting service?? Is that it?

5 months??? GEMS??? GEMS??? Many people advocated for this medical provider! I myself have been on Gems before moving to Bestmed and BACK AGAIN TO GEMS! For this???

It's becoming tedious to constantly provide a membership letter instead of a card.
