Wait 16-21 mins for ans

These guys just don't pick up, I was transferred to a line, that department hasn't picked up...it's now 18 mins and still counting....really frustrating....the fees for gems are not cheap, but they act like a government department. I really hope someone answers, it's becoming more and more unlikely 19 mins now....terrible service
