Very Very Poor & Ugly Service

Hi , I have paid contribution in behalf of my mother from my personal account to Gems medical aid in 2020 /2021 and I have sent proof to them and it is a hassle to get the refund back from them. I have been sent from pilar to post just for me to be refunded. I want my money ti be refunded back to my account and now it’s a struggle . I have submitted all the proof and refund is a problem now . VERY BAD & POOR SERVICE. Money should be refunded where it comes from
