VERY RUDE CONSULTANT STILL AWAITING DOCUMENT

Hi Good Day

I have make a telephone call to the call centre. I have never experience so bad services with a consultant. I have an issue that my child arm was broken and had attended to a medical hospital for treatment. This consultant inform me if a child arm is broken she supposed to be admitted. Nowadays people don’t get admitted for broken arms they get a plaster and must visit the doctor for check up. I was aware of the x gratia and pmb. So she didn’t mention that so I inform her to apply. She make a decision they wont pay and I ask her how can she make a decision for the committee.

She was very rude and very sarcastic. She didn’t send me the form and throw the phone down in my hear. It’s the first time I experience a consultant like this at gems. I want disciplinary action to be taken and you must hear to the telephone recording. I phoned around 08:30 on 18 October 2017. My medical number is ********** 06. Her name is apparently Maybil. Is it this how the millions of gems customers is treated.
