Very poor service regarding membership application

I recently got appointed in government and I urgently needed to sign up dor medical aid for me and my 2 kids as anything can happen and I want us to always be protected,also I despise the public health care system. I have been trying to apply for memebership since March 2021 and up to now June 2021 there is no progress. All i get are sms's telling me I need to submit more documents which I have submitted multiple times and when I call and reference the email with all my documents they just tell me they will resolve and get back to me. I have now decided to rather opt for a private medical aid and they were able to process my application in 1 day. I am really disappointed in GEMS.
