Very poor Service

2017 I moved to a different school and GEMS terminated my my medical aid without informing me. So they advised me to apply again. In 2018 I submitted my application forms twice and no response from them. The whole year I was without medical aid. So this year I tried again and submitted forms in March 2019 and no response. I submitted for again in April and still didn't receive anything feedback. So I decided to send them an email in June asking if their received my application forms and their response was yes and I've been activated from 1 May 2019 and to my surprise they said I owed them for May month R5207. So I looked at the amount thinking this is for May and June. When I received my salary advised GEMS deducted twice without informing me again. And I asked why a double deduction if I paid for May and June already. So according to GEMS the R5207 I made was just for May. My problem with this whole thing is ...number 1 they never informed me about my medical aid being activated and they made me pay for a month I wasn't informed about. Second they never send me medical aid cards because I have New membership number. Till today I'm waiting for cards I can't make use of the service anyway because I never received anything from them. I would like to request a refund for May month due to the fact that I was never informed about being activated and I never received New medical aid cards. I think I should also receive a refund for June due to the fact I couldn't make use of the service I didn't have any medical aid cards. So I asked them why is May month so expensive? So according to them the government didn't subsidise me for that month... So my question will be why not? All I'm asking is a refund for May and June. And when I called the contribution department they apologized for their mistake of the client department not sending the cards. Well I didn't even know the medical aid was activated. So please do the right thing and refund me. My medical aid is actually activated from 1 August the rest of the money you should refund me. You can't charge me for your mistakes. I requested cards I'm still waiting. So refund me.
