Very poor

<p>Gems took me of my medical aid while they still deduct since December 2016. They made me responsible for all outstanding hospital and doctors accounts that I had to borrow to pay. We are in April 2017 and they are still deducting their premium of R1800 but tell me that I am of my medical aid December. How can they deduct every month but I am no longer a member of Gems. After letters and calls to them they don't respond but keep deducting. This is unexcepted.</p>
