So tired if Gems incompetence. I registered after cancelation due to financial constraints. I submitted all the documents, my daughter who was about to turn 21 and still in school, I submitted the letter confirming that she is still in school but Gems registered her as a adult without consulting me. I had to find out during my pay day when they deducted contributions for an adult. I called only to be assisted by rude consultants telling me that I won't get back the money. I wish government can give us a choice coz wow Gems is very bad, I was then forced to remove her after 3 months of adult deduction, meaning for 3 months I was just donating free money to Gems!!!!
