Very bad service, no application assistance

I have been trying since May 2021 to become a member at GEMS but I have not been successful since then. I have been said that certain information is not submitted even though I have submitted all my documents no one seems to contact me to clarify what's going on. I have send in multiple requests to contact me or even phoned into the office and apperantly I would be contacted back by Gugu but she did not even bother to contact me back on the day when she promised. 3days later I send her an email to request feedback. She tried to phone me during conduct times where she knows teachers are not allowed to answer, only once I conveyed to her that I am in contact time with my learners and the signal is weak since I work in a very remote area. I never heard from her again.

This is realy disgusting. I have send through all required documents and no response. I wonder how many months more should I wait for help.
