Very bad Service gems

Dis consultant Dey a playing with my mom she apply for medical aid each an everyday she fill form same form after 3 days she receive sms dat she must come back to fill form is missing I hv to drive her almost 40km wen we arrive to de branch we fill de same form dat we fill lastime. I call call center same thing happen Dey send form via email den Dey said dey receive 2 form she still hv 2 send others. I fill form almost 4 times only 1 form . An consultant dat I tlk to today she’s very rude . Even talk to me dat I mustn’t help my mom to fill form she hv to do it herself I’m so disappointed with gems
