Useless with empty promises

I added an adult dependent straight from one medical aid to GEMS. Keep in mind you have to produce termination certificate to apply to GEMS. Dependent is on chronic meds. General waiting period app**** for no reason. 3 months of no cover. I complained and was contacted by GEMS. Was then informed that chronic is covered and emergencies and this was to be sent to me in writing. Never received. No assistance to date and no assistance with the matter of chronic meds. I am over GEMS and their incompetence.
