Useless medical aid ever

Why is it soo hard for you guys to terminate the medical aid…am paying R4000 every month on a gems ruby option I hardly consult now am been dragged to court by ER doctors because gems refused to pay 900…I regret the day I joined this scheme it is the most useless medical aid ever
