Useless Medical Aid

Can someone from the “Membership Department “ call me and explain why my chronic medication is being declined. I have so many reference numbers from the call centre people and i am told there’s a waiting period for chronic medication. My waiting period that was imposed on me was from May 2020 to August 2020 and it was a 3 months general waiting period. I am so tired of fighting and speaking to people who are clues about this. Apparently only the membership department hold my answers , so please. Get in touch
