Useless GEMS APP

Cannot login into the website nor the app. It keeps logging me out automatically after entering the login details. I have tried resetting my username and password, even uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still not winning. Note that this has been happening ever since I app**** to be a member (October 2020).

I have logged a lot of tickets, to date no response.
