Useless GEMS

Possibly thee Worst medical aid when it comes to addition of dependents. I added my parents on, on the 5th of January. They sent me a message stating I needed to send them a Discovery certificate, stating my parents were on Discovery and they must go off it of which they did. A month down the line, nothing. After 2 months I called, they tell me then only that the Discovery certificate had no termination date and so they could not add them. They sent me no correspondence of this, no call or email from them. They are absolutely useless with communication. My parents are pensioners now, have been on a medical for 35 years and are now only on a 3 month waiting period and will only join on the 1 August. FOLLOW UP ON EVERYTHING WITH THEM.
