Useless and pathetic GEMS!!!!!

On 02 June 2023, I made an enquiry on behalf of my mother in law, MS MM MPHO VINGER GEMS MEDICAL AID: *** who, I to date, has not received her prescription for the past 2 months. Despite my emails to GEMS, no bothered to contact Mrs MM Vinger regarding her undelivered chronic medication.
