Useless!!! and a bunch of liers

Since November 2017 we have been send and re sending documents to add a dependent on my current existing medical aid. below are email trends from this year and they never get back.

Any news??? This is the 5th time I have been submitting this the other day the baby was soo sick and I couldn’t rush him to the hospital.

This incompetence can cause someone’s life!!!!….I am rather disappointed in the level of service as it seems to not exists, no feedback or any acknowledgement.

Please resolve this is really frustrating.
