USELESS Accounts Department
Apologies to a usually good medical aid. The accounts department needs a bit of training.

20 Apr 2022, 11:26My Dad has been in hospital for over a week.
His cellphone received a message regarding outstanding contributions.
His debit orders have all been processed, and I can't find any outstanding accounts.
The accounts department REFUSES to assist with ANY advice. I asked the lady just to make sure he won't be kicked out of hospital......she had the medical aid member number / cellphone number etc. She refused, citing "contravening the law", and lecturing me that he should have been aware that he needed the medical aid etc.
Not acceptable!
