Unwilling to offer a solution

I requested a sales lady from Gems to help my elderly with explaining and assisting with the application forms, she advised that is not a services they offer. I then requested to speak to a supervisors or manger, she rep**** they are not at the office today . Never experienced such horrible customers services before. Refusing to help the old.
