Unproffessionalism - GEMS Medipost Pharmacy

GEMS Medipost Pharmacy - I enquired on the progress of my dad’s medication and I was assisted by Promise Mbatha and he requested that I hold as he was awaiting authorisation , the next he drops the phone on my ears, I then phoned back and requested that they put my call through to him and I was told he was on tea break, I feel like it is unprofessional for him to just drop the phone on my ear without informing me or rather referring me to another person to further assist me, I then requested to speak to his superior and the lady by the name of Linda Mashele responded and guess what she requested that I phone back later when Promise is back from the break,, I fail to understand that a manager cannot even take initiatives to assist me further,,, This is bad service at its best,,,
