Unprofessional regarding Bariatric Surgery Act

I've been calling multiple times to ask more information about GEMS covering bariatric surgery and 2 call centre agents knew nothing about it and one was adamant GEMS doesn't cover it. I'm unhappy about the unprofessionalism. I just wanted information (this is my right) on how to go about and to receive the bariatric surgery application form
